TEAM PRICING

The IRC Team Sports FALL 2022 Catalog is intended for the sole purpose of purchases by schools and/or teams purchasing in bulk.  Team discounts (listed as TEAM PRICE) extend to purchases of 8 or more units of apparel and/or 6 or more units of footwear.

The prices set forth in this catalog are intended to be good through September 2022.   However, due to printing errors, manufacturer price changes, or unforeseen circumstances these prices are subject to change without notice.   If a price change occurs, you will be notified before processing your order.

 
SHIPPING POLICIES

All merchandise will be shipped from IRC Team Sports or our manufacturer partners via Commercial Ground service. Rush shipping options are available at additional cost.

 
APPAREL SAMPLE PROGRAM

Preview apparel first-hand and fit your players with appropriate sizes.   Samples are charged to a credit card upon shipping and the full amount will be refunded as long as the following conditions are met:

• Samples must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Samples must be returned in original condition.

Samples returned damaged or excessively soiled will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

 
RACKET DEMO PROGRAM

Demo current rackets first-hand and find the best equipment to fit your player's levels and abilities.   For $25.00, IRC Team Sports will ship up to 4 rackets of your choosing (based upon availability) to your desired location.   Rackets are loaned for one full week.  Credit card information is required at the time demo rackets are ordered, and will be charged prior to the rackets being shipped.

A pre-paid UPS shipping label will be provided for the return of the rackets.
Rackets that are returned damaged, abused, or that are not returned within the reasonably agreed upon time will be charged to the customer's credit card at full retail price. Broken strings are normal wear, and are not considered damage.

The $25.00 demo fee will be credited toward any racket purchase made that same season (excludes accomplished player packages or other promotional racket pricing).

 
COACH REWARDS PROGRAM

With a qualifying team apparel order an individual coach can select a free item(s) from our Coach Rewards pages.

    • $1,000+ Team Apparel Order = 1 Free Item
    • $2,500+ Team Apparel Order = 2 Free Items

Free item selection is based upon availability and is not returnable for cash or credit.  Only school team apparel orders qualify.   The qualifying amount of an order is determined before any customization fees (screen printing or embroidery).   One coaches reward per season, per team.   Coach Rewards must be requested within 5 business days of placing a qualifying team order.   Retroactive rewards will not be processed.

 
LOW PRICE POLICY
IRC Team Sports will match presented prices from any reputable team sports dealer.   IRC Team Sports reserves the right to verify the price and availability of the item. IRC Team Sports will only price match identical items (size, model, style, and color).
 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must be approved in advance.   A completed Return Authorization Form and Return Authorization number (RA#) are required for all returns and exchanges.

At times, merchandise may be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. Never return product to the manufacturer.  All returns must be shipped to IRC Team Sports via UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail (with a tracking number).   The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it is an error on the part of IRC Team Sports or one of our vendors.


Merchandise may be returned under the following conditions:
• Within 30 days of receipt of goods.
• Must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.


In instances when items are returned without authorization, soiled, damaged, missing tags, or beyond the 30-day return policy, IRC Team Sports will make every attempt to contact the customer.   In the event that the customer cannot be contacted or proper policies are not adhered to, IRC Team Sports will credit each item at $1.00.

Returns that exceed 20% of your order may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee and applicable shipping fees.

Custom and/or special orders are non-refundable.

 
MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY
Select shoes sold by IRC Team Sports are covered by a manufacturer's outsole warranty (6-month wear guarantee).   All claims under this warranty are handled directly by the manufacturer (not IRC Team Sports).  It is the customer's responsibility to file the claim with the manufacturer.   In general, manufacturers require that the damage must have occurred during the warranty period and that the damaged shoes be accompanied with the original, dated receipt.   All decisions made by the manufacturer are final. Select manufacturers require a nominal payment from the consumer to cover the return shipping charges.  Please call for details.
 
PAYMENT TERMS

Merchandise will be invoiced upon delivery.   Pre-payment may be required.  All payments are due in full 30 days from the date of invoice.  

Methods of payment include school issued checks and credit cards (American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or Discover). IRC Team Sports accepts and encourages School Purchase Orders.
